Description
The oxymel is one of the oldest herbal preparations in the world. Its name comes from the Latin oxymeli, meaning “acid and honey.” For millennia, herbalists have combined raw apple cider vinegar with honey to extract and preserve the benefits of mineral-dense botanicals.
This nine-herb formula brings together nettle leaf, alfalfa, red raspberry leaf, oatstraw, marshmallow root, horsetail, white oak bark, peppermint, and chamomile—each chosen for its naturally occurring mineral content and long history of traditional use as a nutritive tonic. The result is a preparation that tastes alive: earthy, tangy, slightly sweet, with a refreshing hint of peppermint on the finish.
Take it as a daily wellness shot, drizzle it over salads for a bright herbal dressing, or stir it into sparkling water for an afternoon pick-me-up. This is whole-body nourishment that fits into your life beautifully.

Learn More
Nettle (Urtica dioica) is one of the most mineral-dense plants available to herbalists. Traditionally valued as a spring tonic across European folk medicine, nettle is naturally rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, and silica—nutrients that support the body’s foundational systems.
Combined with red raspberry leaf (a traditional women’s tonic), oatstraw (long prized for its calming, nutritive properties), and horsetail (one of nature’s richest sources of silica), this formula reflects centuries of herbal wisdom about mineral nourishment.
